1- remove the light and replace it with a ceiling fan in the living room
2- possible roof repair (if habitat has not done so)
3- possibly repair water damage made to the wall in the kitchen (if the roof is repaired)
4- need two 30" RH doors for bedrooms
5- bathroom door needs a new knob
6- need to resecure basement door
7- remove 8' sliding door and replace it with a new wall and a 36" by 66" egress window that opens for safety
8- replace 28" LH door to the bedroom in the basement
9- replace 2 bedroom lights in basement- one of them has a short
